Designed by the second generation of Bergs, Steffen Berg, it draws inspiration from the majestic pottery made for the Royal Danish Palace of Fredensborg in 1860. Born in conjunction with a glass artisan workshop with a century of expertise, this vase is a tribute to accuracy and artistry. The Københavner Vase combines Bergs Potter’s design heritage with a new material blending royal pottery and modern glasswork.

 

Bergs Potter, a Danish company established in 1942, creates handcrafted terracotta plant pots in Tuscany, Italy, using premium Italian clay and high-temperature firing to ensure durability and optimal plant health through natural porosity and aeration.
